FREE Botox For 10 Good Women or Men

Aesthetic medecineAs you may have read in previous newsletters,  Botox has recently been approved by the FDA for treatment of moderate to severe “crows feet”, or the wrinkles that form on the outside corner of the eyes. Initial trials for FDA-approval showed that the optimal dosage for treatment in this area is 24 units of Botox.

Because I am one of Maine’s top physicians for injecting Botox, Allergan has asked me to recruit 10 patients for a follow-up survey on Botox usage in the “crow’s feet” area. For participation in this study, patients will obtain free Botox treatment to this area administered by me, but will need to complete a post-treatment survey 30 days after the injection.

The main criteria are as follows:

  1. No previous treatment of the “crow’s feet” area by Botox in the past. You are eligible if you have had Botox administered to other areas of the face and body other then the “crow’s feet” area.
  2. At the time of your scheduled appointment, you will be treated with 24 units of Botox in the “crow’s feet” area at no charge.
  3. Upon checkout, you will be registered online.  In 30 days, you will receive an email survey with brief questions concerning what you thought of the “crows feet” treatment. Your opinions will be very important to helping provide information for precise and consistent treatment of Botox for others in the future.

We are currently limiting the survey to the first 10 patients who would like to be involved. These appointments will be scheduled on a first-come first-served basis and will certainly fill up fast.

If you are interested, call as soon as possible at 207-873-2158 to schedule your appointment.  If you are not interested, but you know someone who would be, feel free to forward this pass this number along to them.

I look forward to hearing from you soon. Call 207-873-2158 before you miss this exclusive opportunity to save..
