Botox Appointment & Touch-Up Policy
At Maine Laser Skin Care + Medi Spa, our goal is to help you achieve natural, beautiful results with every treatment. To ensure the highest standard of care, please review the following policy regarding Botox Cosmetic appointments and touch-ups:
Touch-Up Policy:
• We offer complimentary touch-ups of up to 5 units of Botox within two weeks of your original appointment, if needed, to help fine-tune your results.
• Any additional units beyond the 5-unit touch-up will be billed at our standard per-unit rate.
• Touch-ups requested after the two-week window will be considered a new treatment and billed accordingly.
• If a touch-up is performed, we will document the adjustment in your chart to tailor your next treatment accordingly.
Please Note: Botox takes up to 7-14 days to fully settle. We encourage clients to wait the full two weeks before evaluating their final results.
Longevity & Treatment Frequency:
• Botox results typically last 3 to 4 months, depending on individual factors.
• For best results, we suggest booking your treatments every 12 to 16 weeks to maintain consistent smoothing and wrinkle prevention.
• With regular use, some clients find that their Botox lasts longer and may require fewer units over time.
Factors That May Influence Your Botox Results:
Botox results can vary from person to person due to several reasons, including:
• Metabolism: Individuals with faster metabolisms may see a shorter duration of effect.
• Muscle Strength & Movement: Stronger facial muscles may require more units or respond differently to treatment.
• Hydration & Skin Health: Skin condition and hydration levels can influence how Botox integrates.
• Consistent Treatments: Clients who receive Botox regularly may find that their results improve and last longer over time.
• Lifestyle Factors: Smoking, sun exposure, and certain medications or supplements can affect outcomes and longevity.

Once a service has been rendered or started, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the outcome.

Packages & Prepaid Services

Prepaid services and treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you choose not to complete all sessions in a package, unused sessions cannot be refunded.

All skincare and retail product sales are final. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once products have left our office.
